MEDITATIONS

IN PURSUIT OF CLARITY AND INSIGHT.

In the Buddhist tradition, meditation is not only viewed as a tool for stabilizing the mind and developing the ability to regulate attention and emotions, it is also understood to be the method by which we gain insight into the true nature of the mind in order to eliminate suffering for ourselves and others.

In the same way that quantum physicists search for the fundamental building-block of the universe, a meditator undergoes rigorous critical inquiry into the nature of mind, in search of its' fundamental nature. 

Gradually, through meditation we can enable the transformation of our ordinary and often misguided perception into clear, focused and liberating perception. As mental clarity deepens, attention stabilizes, and layers of conceptual understanding give way to direct, embodied insight.

All the meditations shared here are intentionally raw — recorded on the move: while traveling for work, walking through crowded cities, or training at the gym. They’re made for coaching clients, leaders, and anyone in need of grounding amidst life’s complexity.
